Placeholder, pending legal review
German and several other EU imprint regimes require specific details to be published rather than supplied on request, and the list differs by country. Withholding the address here is a deliberate privacy choice that has not yet been checked against those requirements.
Before selling into Germany, a lawyer needs to confirm which of these fields must appear on the page itself, and whether an EU representative must be named alongside them.
Payments
Subscriptions are sold through a merchant of record, which is the seller for the transaction and issues the invoice. Its own details appear at checkout and on every invoice.
Disputes
Write to hi@brandnuits.com first. Consumers in the EU also have access to the official online dispute resolution and national consumer dispute bodies; the reviewed imprint must name the correct body and link it.
