Acceptable Use Policy
What you may and may not upload or generate when you make a pet.
Not yet reviewed by a lawyer
The short version
Upload a photo of yourself, or of someone who has told you it is fine. Do not upload anyone else.
What you must not upload
- A photograph of a person who has not given you permission.
- A public figure or a celebrity.
- A child, or anyone who appears to be under 16.
- An image you do not have the rights to use.
- Sexual content, content depicting violence, or content that exists to harass or demean someone.
- An image chosen to impersonate a real person, or to produce a character intended to pass as them.
What you must not do with the product
- Record a call in a place or situation where you do not have the consent you need. See therecording consent notice.
- Use another person's voice profile as a way to track or identify them outside your own notes.
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute the app, its bundled models, or a generated pet as a stock asset.
- Attempt to make the pet generation pipeline perform identity matching. It is deliberately built so it cannot, and trying is a breach.
What happens if you do
Uploads that breach this policy may be refused at generation time. Repeated or serious breaches can end the account. Anything unlawful may be reported.
Reporting something
If a pet has been generated from a photograph of you without your permission, write to hi@brandnuits.com. The source photograph will already have been deleted, and the generated artwork can be removed.

This page states the intended product rules, and those rules are real. The enforceable version, including how breaches are decided, what notice is given before an account is ended, and how an appeal works, has not been drafted or reviewed.
