What is true today
This site currently sets no cookies and runs no analytics. It is a static site served from a CDN, with no first-party script that stores anything in your browser.
That is a fact about the site as it is built right now, not a promise about the future. The moment analytics is added, this page and a consent banner have to land in the same change.
What the reviewed policy must cover
- Each cookie or storage item by name, its purpose, its lifetime, and whether it is first or third party.
- Which categories are strictly necessary and which need consent before they are set, not after.
- How consent is recorded, how long the record is kept, and how to withdraw it as easily as it was given.
- That rejecting non-essential cookies must be exactly as easy as accepting them, in the same place, at the same level.
Cookies in the app
The macOS app sets no cookies. Sign-in happens in your system browser and returns a session that lives in your Keychain.
